As we discussed last week, we will continue with the QMPI dicussion to
keep the momentum.

For anyone interested, I pushed some early text passages for MPI_T
events to the issue_11 branch. We will pick up the events discussion
as soon as the full API is described to wordsmith the text a bit more.
