[mpiwg-tools] No call today

Dear all,

sorry again for the short notice, but I have to cancel today's call.

I pushed some new changes to the timer routine branch:

Those should reflect our last discussion on this.

As this would be the only update for today's call, Martin and I
thought it would be OK to discuss this briefly on Tuesday when we have
some WG time scheduled and skip the call today (as it would only last
a couple minutes).

@Jeff: Could you set up WebEx sessions again?
