[mpiwg-tools] Call cancelled today

Dear all,

sorry for the short notice, but I have to cancel today's call.

I am on and off vacation in August a lot, so I have to cancel today's
call and the one on August 17 as well.

We'll reconvene on MPI_T events in September again.

In the meantime, Kathryn will continue to host the discussions on
Sessions integration and maybe PMPI2 on the alternate weeks' calls.
