[mpiwg-tools] change WG meeting day?

Hi all,
We decided to change the meeting time to alternating weeks starting June
18th (still Thursdays at 8:00am PDT, 11:00am EDT).
To be clear, the new schedule will be June 18, July 2, July 16, ...
