[mpiwg-tools] No call tomorrow

I¹ll be traveling up to the MPI forum and won¹t have a chance to call-in.
I think at this point, it¹s the best to discuss this at the forum (in the
WG) and then present a summary of (what is really only a rough draft of a
proposal) to the group in a TelCon afterwards.
