[Mpi3-tools] TelCon 10/5 cancelled, next TelCon 10/19

Hi all,

The TelCon on 10/5 is canceled and the next TelCon will be two weeks  
later,
on 10/19, at the usual time: 8am PDT, 11am EDT, 5pm MESZ. Jeff has again
created a webex meeting for us and the link for this is on the tools  
WG Wiki.
