[Mpi3-tools] Meeting Notes from 3/2 TelCon

Hi all,
To avoid confusion, let's keep the next meeting as is on Monday 3/16.
At that meeting we can then decide if we want to switch our schedule
and, if so, how. Anyone who can't make it to this meeting, but has
a strong preference or constraint, please let me know prior to the
meeting.
