[mpiwg-sessions] Updated Zoom info for Sessions WG meetings

Hi all,

It seems that this meeting can't happen without any host (e.g. Martin 
Schulz who created this). I'm just seeing the message "Waiting for host 
to start the meeting".

Is it possible to modify it to avoid having this "waiting room"?

(I also have a paid Zoom account and could provide an alternative link 
if required).
