[mpiwg-sessions] Sessions WG meetings for February

Hi All,

A number of us are very busy with MPI 4.0 standard finalization.

So, at today’s meeting we decided to cancel the reset of the WG meetings for February and resume in March.
We may schedule some longer zoom sessions in March to make progress on bubbles.
