HOLMES Daniel d.holmes at epcc.ed.ac.uk
Mon Jul 1 09:29:35 CDT 2019

Hi Howard (et al),

I’m happy for today’s meeting to be cancelled.

Also, I won’t be attending the next two meetings (vacation for me).
Shall we cancel those meetings as well and meet next on 22nd July?

Cheers,
Dan.

Hello Folks,

Unless someone has a topic to discuss, the sessions WG will not meet today.

There is one PR open against the sessions proposal:

https://github.com/mpiwg-sessions/mpi-standard/pull/33

which addresses remaining forum feedback tracking issues:

https://github.com/mpiwg-sessions/sessions-issues/issues/13
https://github.com/mpiwg-sessions/sessions-issues/issues/16

We decided to defer to the FT WG for any rewording of the advice to implementors concerning MPI_Abort.

The proposal is PR https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/55

Thanks,

Howard
