[mpiwg-sessions] Reading at Sept 2018 meeting of MPI Forum

Hi all,

Disappointingly, Sessions was not presented at this meeting of the MPI Forum because we ran out of time.

A virtual meeting has been scheduled for 7th Nov 2018 to accommodate the presentation of the Sessions proposal.
