[mpiwg-sessions] Standards review request

I have tried to capture the PMIx Groups support for MPI Sessions in a draft chapter for the PMIx Standards doc. I would appreciate it if those who are interested would take a look at it and provide any comments/questions. You can find the RFC (plus a pdf version of the chapter) here:
