[mpiwg-rma] RMA WG meeting today

Dear all,

Let's pick up our discussion today at the usual time (10am Central US / 
11am Eastern US / 5pm Central Europe). Thomas has worked on a libofi 
prototype of PSCW and I've used that to start working on the signalling. 
There are some details worth discussing. As always, the connection
