[mpiwg-rma] RMA WG Meeting today

I'd like to meet today and hopefully come to a consensus on [1]. Monday 
is the announcement deadline. If time permits we will continue the 
discussion on future ideas. We'll meet as usual at 10am Central / 11am 
Eastern / 5pm Central Europe. The connection info is at at the usual 
place [2].
