[mpiwg-rma] RMA WG Meeting today

The RMA WG will resume the biweekly meetings today at 10am Central / 
11am Eastern / 5pm Central European time. Topics are the upcoming 
workshop and open issues from last week's reading of the semantic terms 
ticket (is put "heisenlocal"?).
