[mpiwg-rma] RMA WG Meeting today

The RMA WG will meet today at 10am Central / 11am Eastern / 5pm Central 
European time. Topics to discuss are the open issues for 4.1, in 
particular the proposal to relax the constraints on MPI_Win_shared_query:

Note that we're trying to move to a weekly schedule and this is the 
first meeting in the off-week.
