[mpiwg-rma] Meeting today

Let's meet today to resume discussion on some of the items that we won't 
cover in the December Forum meeting (some of the progress-related 
issues, operator deprecation). I'd also like to start assembling a list 
of applications that use RMA and a few details on how it's used. ARMCI 
and NWCHEM is an obvious starting point there :)

As usual, we'll meet at 10 Central US / 11 Eastern / 5pm Central Europe
