[mpiwg-rma] RMA WG Meeting today

The RMA WG will meet today at 10am Central / 11am Eastern / 5pm Central 
European time. We will continue where we left off last time to discuss 
issues and proposals for the 4.1 cycle. In particular, I opened 
https://github.com/mpiwg-rma/mpi-standard/pull/8 yesterday to address 
https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-issues/issues/566. We will have a slot 
at next week's forum meeting to discuss the tickets we want to read in 
Chattanooga.
