[mpiwg-rma] doodle poll for RMA working group telecon

Although I'm amazed that I agreed to a 7 am telecon - probably bad offset calculation when I was filling this out in DC - that's a perfect time from the standpoint of not having any last-minute conflicts due to Intel west coast activities :-)
