Hi All, We withdrew ticket #283 with the intention of adding it as ticket 0 changes in the final chapter: https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/ticket/283 The edits should be ready to go from the text on the ticket -- just wanted to make sure it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
