With apologies---new document not quite ready on partitioned collectives--will present at MPI Forum next week informally and meet with WG again on Sept. 15...  Jim and I will coordinate further agendas with HACC... Also this alt. hour was difficult for some of you.  Hope to see you all online next week for Forum.
