Yes, the only small missing point since June 2015 is that current 
https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/blob/mpi-3.x/errata/errata-31.tex
is not compiled and stored at
http://www.mpi-forum.org/docs/mpi-3.1/errata-31.pdf
