[mpiwg-p2p] Errata to MPI-3.0 and MPI-3.1 about MPI_WAIT

I've three small problems with your answer:

1. Your webpage is unreadable for me:

2. Does "committed" means that it is voted in 
   - by simple Erratum allowed by chapter committee
   - or by a Forum vote?

3. This erratum is not visible on
   http://www.mpi-forum.org/docs/mpi-3.1/errata-31.pdf
   - not as committed errata
   - nor as pending errata

   Did you forwared it somehow to Bill Gropp
   who edits errata-31.tex ?
