[mpiwg-p2p] Next meeting: 10th November 2014 11am Central US

We should name a PoC for these features so that interested parties
have someone to contact that isn't a list.

I would like to be the PoC for Recv_reduce/accumulate.

If Cisco is not going to drive Arecv, I can be PoC there, otherwise,
it should be Squyres or Goodell.
