[mpiwg-hybridpm] HACC WG Update

Hi All,

We have a schedule for upcoming meetings posted on the wiki [1]. Please let
me know if you have any feedback or requests for the schedule.

At our next meeting on 4/20 we will discuss the accelerator info keys
topic. I ask all WG members to please review the document linked from the
ticket [2] and add any ideas you would like to discuss to the document or
to the github ticket.
