[mpiwg-hybridpm] Hybrid/Accelerator WG

Hi All,

We will be starting up the MPI Forum Hybrid/Accelerator WG on December 2nd,
10 - 11am ET. The persistence working group has graciously offered to share
this time slot with us and alternate topics to make it easier for folks to
attend.

Please mark your calendars and I'll share meeting details as the date gets
closer.
