[mpiwg-hybridpm] Hybrid WG Hiatus Until January

Do we also want to pick back up the address space query routine?  I think
the latest proposal we looked at is MPI_COMM_TYPE_ADDRESS_SPACE (
https://svn.mpi-forum.org/trac/mpi-forum-web/ticket/485).
