[Mpi3-hybridpm] New version of slides

Note that INITIALIZED and FINALIZED are (intentionally) not guaranteed to be thread safe.

They suck as operations, anyway -- there's an inherent race between INITIALIZED and INIT, for example.  The answer is to just always call INIT.
