Hi,

Sorry for bothering everyone, but could someone bring me up-to-date on what's
happening in the hybrid working group?  There are no recent meeting notes,
and I have been unable to attend the telcons for some time.

1. What happened to the endpoints proposal?  I don't see it in the more
   recent versions of the ei-2-vX.Y.pdf documents.  I don't see any
   trac ticket for this proposal.

2. What happened to the shared memory proposal?  I remember seeing e-mail
   that Torsten suggested moving it to the RMA proposal.  Is that what
   happened?
