[Mpi3-hybridpm] Canceling the telecon on 07/21

Sorry for the late notice. Not much got done on the current tickets 
after the previous telecon and given that the Forum face-to-face meeting 
is next week itself, I think we can cancel tomorrow's telecon. If 
there's anything to discuss before the Forum that I'm forgetting, please 
do let me know.
