[Mpi3-hybridpm] Starting telecons

Hi Pavan,

I would be interested to join the telcos and am wondering about what
time zone the times in the doodle are set. I would be calling from
Europe (CEST). On Monday, 4th there is also the MPI3-tools telecon at
8am PT, 11am ET, 4pm UK, 5pm CEST. It usually lasts for 1h.
