[mpiwg-ft] Wiki page as starting point for discussions today

Hi All,

I’ve started a wiki page with some points that we may want to discuss during the WG time today at the MPI – Forum.

I was hoping for joint discussions we could carry on from two points where we have left off:

  *   Some kind of mechanism for settting a “global” error handler (reinit related) – does this help or complicate things?
  *   Pick up on the discussion we were having about ULFM + Sessions

Looking at the attendance list, it’s not clear if we’d want to discuss dynamic process sets, so we’ll leave that for another time.
