Create in the WG repo but branch it from the mpi-4 branch from standard …

If you have multiple upstream references to your git repo, you can do that easily 

Checkout the WGs repo ; it will be origin for checking in  ; an an upstream to main standard repo and branch off its MpI-4; with reinit branch name you choose ; push that branch to origin (and hence WG repo)
