[mpiwg-ft] Cancel Today's FTWG Con Call - 2020-10-26

Hi Wesley,

Tony and I discussed and it would work better for us to switch so that 
we discuss the Reinit spec next Monday (11/16) and Tony's proposal in 
the next meeting (11/30). Would that work?
