[mpiwg-ft] Can’t Make Today’s Meeting

Regarding course-grained recovery, after discussing it with several 
people, I think we understand much better the issues and the possible 
solutions. Once we start specifying it (in text) the discussions will be 
more interesting and we may find other problems. We plan to start 
putting together some text between Jan-Feb.
