[mpiwg-ft] Reschedule FTWG Weekly Call

Apologies for all the spam. I'm starting to remember why I don't create calendar invitations over mailing lists. I'm going to delete the invitation and people will need to make their own calendar events locally. Unless I hear otherwise, I'm going to stick with Tuesday at 2pm Central (I'll update the wiki page as well).
