[mpiwg-ft] Meeting Schedule Doodle

Wednesdays at 14:00 CST works for me.

I apologize for not participating in today's telecon--I've been a close 
meeting the whole day. I promised Wesley that I would give more details 
of the global restart approach (e.g., Reinit). I could do that in any of 
the following telecons if that is how we want to proceed.
