[mpiwg-ft] Meeting Schedule Doodle

From the doodle, I have identified Wednesday at 14:00 CST as the timeslot where most people are available. If we start from March 29 and repeat every other week from there, this will nicely alternate with the OMPI-X ECP biweekly meeting (for which multiple participants would be in conflict otherwise). 

If nobody objects, we’ll schedule the next meeting accordingly.
