[mpiwg-ft] fig2dev: No such file or directory

You don’t need it when compiling the mpi-3.x head because I changed that during the transition over from SVN to Git. I just merged those changes with the ulfm/master branch so you shouldn’t see those requirements anymore.

On a related note, no, there is not a Homebrew formula for fig2dev because it required a patch to the source which for some reason the Homebrew people were not ok with. You can install your own formulas though. Here are mine in case you want them.
