[mpiwg-ft] github icon

[Jeff Hammond]

since many of us will be members of >1 MPI WG, i think it is useful to have
github org icons that are visually distinct.  i submit to you the following
trivially unique icon for the FT WG.  someone with more artistic skill can
do better, which will not offend me.
