[Mpi3-ft] Ticket #306: Suggest a Return Code Value from mpiexec

This ticket is an effort to specify the value of the return code for mpiexec. 

It seems like a reasonable ticket to me and there is no discussion on the ticket page. Does anyone know if this was ever discussed at the forum and if there was any feedback?
