[Mpi3-ft] Weekly call

I would like to move the weekly call by one week, from 3/11 to 3/18.  This
will not reduce the number of calls before our next fact-to-face meeting.  I
have put the list of the weekly calls on the website, so if anyone is unsure
about whether a call is taking place, please take a look at:
