[Mpi3-ft] Next con-call

This is just a reminder that we have a call scheduled this coming Friday,
2/15/2008.  Call details are posted at

Also, I took the notes that Josh posted on the web, pulled out the various
"use-case" scenarios we discussed on the last call on a separate page.  This
is intended to start discussion on these topics - I have already added a few
VERY brief comments to get a discussion started.
