Hi Jeff,
I have reviewed it and found 1 missing change:
oldwin must be of TYPE (MPI_Win) in Functions MPI_WIN_DUP_FN and MPI_WIN_NULL_COPY_FN
(Page 730, Line 43; Page 731, Line 3)
