[mpi3-coll] Second January Telecon

Hello Coll-WG,
Jesper proposed a second January telecon for the 29th. However, I
couldn't attent on the 29th and would like to move it to the 28th
(noon). 

Does anybody object? We can also choose another time or day in this
week.
