Yes, this would be fine. You do have priority, as you did not get a time
slot last time.

How about if we schedule this for the following meeting ? I have seen
almost no discussion in the working group, which is where these discussions
should take place in the first place, as full forum time is at a premium.
Another way to do this is with telecons between meetings.
