[Mpi3-wgleads] MPI-2.1 review process

Hello all,

Tomorrow, i will start the MPI 2.1 review process.
I will inform the whole forum and will ask especially my
reviewers.
I have hidden the files in a restricted directory:
please look at

   http://www.hlrs.de/mpi/mpi21/

It is open for the public, but not for search engines.
I expect, we do not want that search engines can find all
intermediate MPI drafts on the web.
