[Mpi3-subsetting] putting subsetting effort on hold?

Hi everybody,
 
With Dick Treumann's MPI-2.2 proposal on MPI_init_assert adequately
addressing the most urgent practical issues that motivated the original
subsetting idea, and current lukewarm response from the Forum to any
possible extension thereof, I would suggest that we put the activities
of the MPI-3 subsetting WG on hold until further notice.
