[Mpi3-bwcompat] Backwards compat Forum BOF slides

Minor nits that I just caught on slide 5:
- MPI_GET_COUNT_LONG should be MPI_GET_COUNT_LARGE, to avoid association with the C long type.
- MPI_Tag should really be MPI_Rank, as the argument for large ranks is stronger than large tags.
