the Tool group would like to read:

Title: Example for Fortran 2008 Wrapper is not in Example environment
Issue: https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-issues/issues/819
PR: https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/960

This is part of the index cleanup, where several in-paragraph examples 
in the Language binding chapter were placed in proper example 
environments.
